Ryan Tierney, co-owner, initially employed as a stone mason by Chris’s cousin, transitioned into the roofing and masonry trades, gaining practical experience. Introduced to Chris when his cousin departed, Ryan brought a skill set that blended management and computer proficiency, complementing Chris’s roofing expertise but limited computer skills.
Becoming Chris’s protege, Ryan revolutionized the business by implementing technology for efficient paperwork handling, establishing the company as a pioneer in roofing software utilization, and adeptly navigating relationships with insurance and restoration companies to expand project opportunities.
